刘万里用柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗反流性食管炎经验

LIU Wanli′s Experience on Treating Reflux Esophagitis with Chaihu and Longgu Muli Decoction

柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤为《伤寒论》少阳病篇录方,刘万里教授诊疗反流性食管炎常用此方。反流性食管炎患者伴抑郁、焦躁、失眠等精神心理病症时往往病情复杂棘手,刘师认为此系肝、胆、心、脾失责,气郁痰蒙、血热扰神所致。柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤治气治血,除能解郁安神外,亦有斡旋中州之妙,刘师承仲景之旨但不泥伤寒之典,灵活化裁此方而用,临床疗效颇为显著。

Chaihu and Longgu Muli Decoction is a prescription recorded in Treatise on Febrile Diseases.It is commonly used by Professor LIU Wanli in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of reflux esophagitis.Patients with reflux esophagitis with mental and psychological disorders such as depression,restless with anxiety,insomnia have complicated and difficult conditions.Professor LIU Wanli thinks this is caused by dysfunction of liver,gallbladder,heart and spleen,Qi stagnation and phlegm,and blood heat disturbing the spirit.Chaihu and Longgu Muli Decoction can treat Qi and blood disease.Besides relieving depression and tranquilizing the spirit,it also can regulate the spleen and stomach function.Professor LIU Wanli flexibility uses the prescription and the clinical efficacy is obvious.
