基于中医传承辅助系统的脊髓损伤内治处方分析

Analysis of Internal Treatment Prescription for Spinal Cord Injury Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System

目的探讨脊髓损伤后的中医药内治法则及用药规律。方法检索近20年脊髓损伤的常用处方及用药文献,运用中医传承辅助系统对其用药进行统计分析。结果筛选纳入67张验方,涉及144味中药,依次为当归、红花、桃仁、黄芪、熟地黄、川芎、赤芍、牛膝、丹参、地龙、杜仲等;核心药物组合为当归、红花、桃仁、川芎;新核心药物组合为熟地黄、山茱萸、杜仲,蜈蚣、土鳖虫、郁李仁,大黄、厚朴、苏木等;新处方为续断、补骨脂、豨莶草、熟地黄、山茱萸、杜仲,泽兰、蜈蚣、槟榔、土鳖虫、郁李仁,大黄、泽泻、厚朴、苏木等。结论脊髓损伤的中医内治应以祛瘀通督、健脾益气、补益肝肾为大法,用药以活血化瘀药为主,兼补益肝肾药。

Objective To investigate the rule of internal medicine and the law of medication after spinal cord injury.Methods The commonly-used prescriptions and drug in literature about spinal cord injury in the past 20 years were retrieved,and the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system was used for statistical analysis.Results We screened 67 prescriptions,involving 144 Chinese herbal medicines,which were in an order as follows:Danggui(Angelica),Honghua(safflower),Taoren(peach kernel),Huangqi(Astragalus),Shudihuang(Rehmannia glutinosa),Chuanxiong(Rhizoma Chuanxiong),Chishao(Radix Paeoniae Alba),Niuxi(Achyranthes),Danshen(Salvia miltiorrhiza),Dilong(earthworm),Duzhong(Eucommia).The core drug combinationswere Shudihuang(Rehmannia glutinosa),Shanzhuyu(hawthorn),Duzhong(Eucommia),Wugong(centipede),Tubiechong(Eupolyphaga),Yuliren(bush-cherry seed),Dahuang(rhubarb),Houpo(magnolia),Sumu(hematoxylin).The new prescriptionsincluded Xuduan(Chinese teasel root),Buguzhi(psoralen),Xixiancao(valerian),Shudiguang(Rehmannia glutinosa),Shanzhuyu(Cornus officinalis),Duzhong(eucommia),Zelan(herba lycopi),Wugong(centipede),Binglang(betel palm),Tubiechong(Eupolyphaga),Yuliren(bush-cherry seed),Dahuang(rhubarb),Zexie(rhizoma alismatis),Houpo(Mangnolia officinalis),Sumu(Sappan wood)and so on.Conclusion The internal treatment of spinal cord injury should be based on the treatment of phlegm,spleen and Qi,and replenishing liver and kidney.The main medicine is to promote blood circulation and remove stasis,and to supplement liver and kidney medicine.
