基于数据挖掘的中医药治疗代谢综合征用药规律分析

Analysis on Medication Rules of Chinese Medicine Treatment of Metabolic Syndrome Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System

目的基于中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)软件,分析现代中医药治疗代谢综合征的用药规律,为临床用药及新药开发提供参考。方法收集中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)中医药治疗代谢综合征的相关文献,筛选符合标准的方剂并将方剂信息录入平台数据库,运用改进的互信息法、复杂系统熵聚类等方法进行数据挖掘分析。结果收集中医药治疗代谢综合征的方剂112首,共涉及中药164味,以甘温药物为主,归脾经药物使用频率最高,归胃经者次之;利用关联规则分析得出常用组合5个,核心药物4味;利用复杂熵层次聚类算法进一步挖掘,演化出18个核心组合,9首新处方。结论通过本研究,客观地揭示了代谢综合征病位在脾,"健脾和胃,化痰祛湿"是遣方用药的主要思路,强调中医治疗代谢综合征注重病症结合、辨证施治,为代谢综合征的临床治疗提供借鉴。

Objective To investigate the TCM medication rules in the treatment of metabolic syndrome(MS)based on the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system software(TCMISS)of version 2.5 and providereference for clinical medication and new prescriptions development.Methods We collected relevant literature on the Chinese Journal Full-text Database(CNKI)for the treatment of MS by Chinese medicine,screened the standard-compliant prescriptions and input the prescription information into the platform database,and used the improved mutual information method,complex system entropy clustering and other methods for data mining analysis.Results A total of 112 prescriptions for the treatment of MS were collected,involving 164 Chinese herbs.The analysis results showed that herbs in prescriptions for MS were mostly sweet and warm,and the channel tropism of herbs was mostly the spleen meridian,followed by the stomach meridians.By using the association rule analysis,5 core combinations were obtained,and the core herbs were 4.By using the complex entropy hierarchical clustering algorithm to further mine,18 core combinations and 9 new prescriptions were evolved.Conclusion Through this study,it objectively revealed that the location of MS is in the spleen."Strengthening spleen and harmonizingstomach as well as resolving phlegm and dispelling dampness"is the main idea of the medication,emphasizing that Chinese medicine treatment of MS focuses on combiningthe disease and TCM syndromes,syndrome differentiation and treatment to provide reference for the clinical treatment of MS.
