推拿对腰椎间盘突出家兔神经根组织5-HT、PGE2及血浆TXB2、6-Keto-PGF1α的影响 被引量:14

摘要 目的观察推拿对腰椎间盘突出模型家兔神经根组织5-HT、PGE2及血浆TXB2、6-Keto-PGF1α的影响,探讨推拿对腰椎间盘突出症干预作用的可能机制。方法将30只雌性新西兰家兔随机分为正常组、模型组、推拿组,每组10只。正常组自然喂养,模型组和推拿组应用压迫神经根方法制备腰椎间盘突出模型,模型组不干预,推拿组于造模3 d后开始进行推拿干预,每次9 min,1次/d,共干预10 d。于造模前、造模后、干预后进行步态功能评分,干预结束后检测家兔神经根组织5-HT、PGE2及血浆TXB2、6-Keto-PGF1α的变化。结果推拿干预后家兔步态功能评分与模型组比较具有显著差异(P<0.01),与正常组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),造模后,模型组神经根组织5-HT、PGE2及血浆TXB2/6-Keto-PGF1α比值较正常组显著升高(P<0.01);推拿干预后,推拿组神经根组织5-HT、PGE2及及血浆TXB2/6-Keto-PGF1α比值较模型组低(P<0.01),与正常组相比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论推拿可以改善家兔的步态功能,可以抑制家兔痛敏反应,其机制可能与降低神经根组织5-HT、PGE2及及血浆TXB2/6-Keto-PGF1α比值,从而降低炎性反应和痛敏反应,改善机体微循环有关。 Objective To observe the effects of Tuina on 5-HT and PGE2 in the nerve roots and TXB2 and 6-Keto-PGF1αin the plasma of rabbits with lumbar disc herniation and explore the possible mechanism of intervention on lumbar disc herniation.Methods We divided the thirty New Zealand female rabbits into three groups at random,ten rabbits in each group.They were normal group,model group and Tuina group.In the normal group,the rabbits were fed naturally.The press nerve roots method was used to prepare the model of lumbar disc herniation in model group and Tuina group.The model group was not given any intervention.Three days after modeling,we had Tuina intervention on Tuina group.This intervention was performed for a total of 10 days,1 time per day,5 minutes for each time.Behavioral tests were detected before and after modeling and after intervention.In the end of intervention,the changes of 5-HT and PGE2 in the nerve roots and TXB2 and 6-Keto-PGF1αin the plasma in rabbits were detected.Results After intervention,the gait scores of rabbits in the Tuina group were significantly different compared with that of the model group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference compared with that of the normal group(P>0.05).After modeling,the ratio of 5-HT PGE2 in nerve roots and the ration of TXB2/6-Keto-PGF1αin plasma with model group were significantly higher than those of the normal group(P<0.01).After Tuina intervention,the ratio of 5-HT/PGE2 in nerve roots and the ration of TXB2/6-Keto-PGF1αin plasma in the Tuina group were lower than those of the model group(P<0.01).The difference was no statistically significant compared with that of the normal group(P>0.05).Conclusion Tuina can improve the gait function of rabbits and inhibit the pain hypersensitivity.The mechanism may reduce the ratio of 5-HT/PGE2 in the nerve roots and the ration of TXB2/6-Keto-PGF1αin the plasma of rabbits to reduce inflammatory repose and pain hypersensitivity in order to improve the body′s micro circulation.
