黄芪桂枝五物汤熏洗用于化疗后周围神经毒性的临床分析

Clinical Analysison Treatment of Neurotoxicityafter Chemotherapy with Fumigation with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction

目的探讨黄芪桂枝五加物汤熏洗治疗化疗后周围神经毒性的临床疗效。方法将60例化疗后出现周围神经毒性的肿瘤患者随机分为两组。治疗组30例,采用中药黄芪桂枝五物汤加减熏洗治疗,每次浸泡30 min,每日浸泡一次,对照组为西药组30例,甲钴胺片0.5 mg 3次/d口服。治疗周期为2个月。结果(1)治疗组总有效率为96.7%(29/30),对照组总有效率为60.0%(18/30)(P<0.01)。(2)治疗组在2周、4周、6周有效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用黄芪桂枝五物汤熏洗治疗化疗后周围神经毒性疗效较好。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of treatmentof neurotoxicity after chemotherapy with fumigation by Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction.Methods Sixty cases of neurotoxicity after chemotherapy were divided into two groups.The treatment group(30 cases)weretreated with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoctionfor fumigation.The feetand hands were soaked for 30 minutes each time,once a day.The control group(30 cases)were treated with mecobalaminetablet orally once a day.The treatment period was 2 months.Results 1.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.7%(29/30).The total effective rate ofcontrol group was 66.0%(18/30)(P<0.01).2.The effective rate of the treatment groupin two,four and six weeks was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The therapeutic efficacy of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction forfumigation is good.
