摘要
目的探讨川芎嗪注射液联合低分子肝素钠对早发型重度子痫前期孕妇外周血晚期糖基化终末产物受体(Advanced glycation end product receptor,RAGE)、干扰素γ(Interferon-γ,IFN-γ)及血管内皮生长因子(Vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)水平的影响。方法选取2015年3月—2016年10月住院收治的64例早发型重度子痫前期孕妇,按1∶1比例随机分成对照组与联合组。对照组予解痉、镇静、降压等常规治疗方案,低分子肝素钠治疗,联合组在上述基础上予川芎嗪注射液治疗,均治疗7 d。检测相关生化指标、凝血纤溶指标,并测定MAP、24 hUP以及胎儿脐动脉S/D值,记录新生儿情况。结果与治疗前比较,两组AGE、RAGE水平降低(P<0.01),VEGF水平升高(P<0.01),IFN-γ、IFN-γ/IL-10水平降低(P<0.01),IL-10水平升高(P<0.01),PT、APTT升高(P<0.05),Fg、DD降低(P<0.05),MAP、24 hUP、胎儿脐动脉S/D值降低(P<0.05);与对照组比较,联合组AGE、RAGE水平较低(P<0.01),VEGF水平较高(P<0.01),IFN-γ、IFN-γ/IL-10水平较低(P<0.01),IL-10水平较高(P<0.01),PT、APTT较高(P<0.05),Fg、DD较低(P<0.05),MAP、24 hUP、胎儿脐动脉S/D值较低(P<0.05),新生儿死亡率较低(P<0.05)。结论川芎嗪注射液联合低分子肝素钠治疗早发型重度子痫前期效果显著,且安全性较高。
Objective To investigate the effect of Ligustrazine Injection combined with low molecular weight heparin sodium on RAGE,IFN-γand VEGF in peripheral blood of patients with early-onset severe preeclampsia.Methods Sixty-four pregnant women with early onset severe preeclampsia who were hospitalized from March 2015 to October 2016 were randomly divided into control group and study group according to the ratio of 1∶1.The control group received spasmolysis,sedation and hypotension and low molecular weight heparin sodium treatment,and the study group additionally received Ligustrazine Injection,and two groups were treated for 7 days.Indexes of relevant biochemical,coagulation and fibrinolysis were compared,levels of MAP,24-hour UP and fetal umbilical artery S/D values were measured,and newborns situation were recorded.Results Compared with the control group,the levels of AGE and RAGE decreased(P<0.01),the level of VEGF increased(P<0.01),the levels of IFN-γand IFN-γ/IL-10 decreased(P<0.01),the level of IL-10 increased(P<0.01),the levels of PT and APTT increased(P<0.05),the levels of Fg and DD decreased(P<0.05),the levels of MAP,24-hourUP and fetal umbilical artery S/D decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,levels of AGE and RAGE in the study group were lower(P<0.01),the level of VEGF was higher(P<0.01),the levels of IFN-γand IFN-γ/IL-10 were lower(P<0.01),the level of IL-10 was higher(P<0.01),the levels of PT and APTT were higher(P<0.05),the levels of Fg and DD were lower(P<0.05),the levels of MAP,24-hour UP and fetal umbilical artery S/D were lower(P<0.05),and the neonatal mortality was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Ligustrazine Injection combined with low molecular weight heparin sodium in the treatment of early onset of severe pre-eclampsia is effective with high safety.
