自拟助阳通便汤治疗老年功能性便秘49例疗效观察

Curative Effect of Zhuyang Tongbian Decoction on Treating 49 Cases of Senile Functional Constipation

目的观察助阳通便汤对老年功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法将100例老年功能性便秘患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别以助阳通便汤及枸橼酸莫沙必利片治疗2周,通过便秘症状的改善情况以观察其疗效。结果疗程结束第1日治疗组总有效率91.8%,对照组总有效率80.9%;治疗结束1个月后治疗组总有效率85.7%,对照组总有效率72.3%,治疗组疗效优于对照组有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组相较于对照组在疗程结束第1日和疗程结束1月时的便秘症状积分除腹胀、重坠、不尽感的症状积分外均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。治疗组的不良反应发生率明显少于对照组(P<0.01)。结论助阳通便汤是治疗老年功能性便秘的有效药物。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Zhuyang Tongbian Decoction on senile functional constipation.Methods A total of 100 senile functional constipation sufferers were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,which respectively used Zhuyang Tongbian Decoction and Moxabelil Citrate Tablet for two weeks and the improvement condition of the symptom was observed.Results On the first day of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.8%,and that of the control group was 80.9%.After one month,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 85.7%,and that of the control group was 72.3%.The curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group P<0.05).Compared with the control group,there were significant differences in the scores of constipation symptoms on the first day after treatment and the first month after treatment except for abdominal distension,falling or not feeling(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Zhuyang Tongbian Decoction has definite therapeutical effect on treating senile functional constipation.
