亚健康状态的评价模型构建研究

目的构建亚健康状态的评价模型。方法以亚健康状态人群为研究主体,以健康人群为参照,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)及多媒体显微诊断技术对两组人群的健康状况进行评价,利用Logistic回归分析、判别分析及偏最小二乘回归分析等方法筛选敏感性宏、微观指标,进而构建亚健康状态的评价模型。结果Y(试验组/对照组)=0.996+0.018*X1+0.138*X2+0.148*X3+0.034*X4+0.044*X6+0.041*X7-0.107*X9-0.090*X10+0.124*X11-0.089*X12-0.087*X13-0.081*X14*0.108*X15+0.055*X17,从模型中可以看到回归系数的正负决定了自变量的作用方向,系数的大小决定了贡献度,其中有8项与模型呈正相关,另外6项与模型呈负相关;经模型拟合效果评价显示,模型的拟合能力和预测能力均良好。结论该研究将量表筛选出的主观指标和THMMDI技术筛选的客观指标进行整合,成功构建了亚健康状态的评价模型,为亚健康状态的评价研究提供了新的思路。

Objective To construct an evaluation model of sub-health status.Methods The health status of the two groups was assessed using the symptom self-rating scale(SCL-90),the quality of life measurement scale(WHOQOL-BREF)and the multimedia micro-diagnosis technology,with the sub-health status population as the subject of the study and the healthy population as the reference.Logistic regression analysis,discriminant analysis and partial least square regression analysis were used to select the macro and micro indicators of sensitivity,and then the evaluation model of sub-health status was constructed.Results Y(Test group/control group)=0.996+0.018×X1+0.138×X2+0.148×X3+0.034×X4+0.044×X6+0.041×X7-0.107×X9-0.090×X10+0.124×X11-0.089×X12-0.087×X13-0.081×X14-0.108×X15+0.055×X17.It can be seen from the model that the positive and negative of the regression coefficient determined the action direction of the independent variable,the size of the coefficient determined the contribution degree,among which 8 were positively correlated with the model,and the other 6 were negatively correlated with the model.The model fitting effect evaluation showed that the model fitting ability and prediction ability were good.Conclusion The study integrated the subjective indexes selected by the scale and the objective indexes selected by THMMDI technology,and successfully constructed the evaluation model of sub-health status,providing a new idea for the evaluation of sub-health status.
