态靶辨证在痤疮(寒热错杂型)中的应用——半夏泻心汤加蒲公英、薏苡仁、茯苓

痤疮是一种常见的皮肤科疾病,西医主要采取口服抗生素、激素等药物和手术治疗。但存在疗程长、费用高、复发率高等问题,中医药治疗特色突出,优势明显。仝小林院士在多年的临床经验中,提出的"态靶因果"辨证组方思想,在寒热错杂型痤疮的辨治中取得了较好的临床疗效。仝小林院士以寒热错杂为态,湿邪郁结为靶,通过半夏泻心汤辛开苦降、调和阴阳,共同调态,茯苓健脾渗湿、蒲公英消痈散结、薏苡仁清热利湿,态靶辨治,行之有效。
