复方苦参注射液穴位注射联合刺血疗法治疗胃癌疼痛的临床研究

Clinical Study on Treatment of Gastric Cancer Pain by Acupoint Injection of Compound Kushen Injection Combined with Pricking Blood Therapy

目的观察复方苦参注射液穴位注射联合刺血疗法对胃癌癌痛的临床疗效。方法收集符合入选标准的患者64例,分为对照组和治疗组各32例。对照组给予盐酸羟考酮缓释片口服治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上予加用复方苦参注射液穴位注射联合刺血疗法,治疗14 d后观察比较两组NRS评分、奥施康定最终滴定剂量、生活质量评分及不良反应的发生情况。结果治疗后疼痛强度差,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组奥施康定的每日平均消耗量较对照组明显减少(P<0.05);治疗组的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);抑郁量表评分治疗后两组都得到改善,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。整体生活质量评分治疗后两组均升高,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医复方苦参注射液穴位注射联合刺血疗法治疗胃癌痛能改善患者的症状,缓解疼痛程度,减轻不良反应,提高生活质量。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupoint injection of Compound Kushen Injection combined with pricking blood therapy on cancer pain of gastric cancer.Methods Sixty-four patients were divided into control group and treatment group.The control group was treated with oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets.On the basis of the control group,the treatment group was given acupoint injection of Compound Kushen Injection combined with blood pricking therapy.After 14 days treatment,NRS score,final titration dose of oxkangding,quality of life score and adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The pain intensity of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The average daily consumption of Oxycontin in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of depression scale in the two groups were improved after treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The overall quality of life score of the two groups increased after treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of acupoint injection and blood pricking therapy can improve the symptoms,relieve the degree of pain,reduce adverse reactions and improve the quality of life.
