加味身痛逐瘀汤对骨质疏松性疼痛患者的干预效应研究

Study on Intervention Effect of Modified Shitong Zhuyu Decoction on Patients with Osteoporotic Pain

目的:探讨加味身痛逐瘀汤对骨质疏松性疼痛患者的干预效应研究。方法:选取本院2017年1月—2018年12月收治的骨质疏松疼痛患者90例,随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用钙尔奇D片联合鲑降钙素注射液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用加味身痛逐瘀汤治疗,均治疗4周。比较治疗前后两组患者腰椎骨密度(bone mineral density,BMD)与股骨BMD变化、VAS评分以及治疗总有效率。结果:治疗前,两组VAS评分、腰椎BMD、股骨BMD相当(P>0.05);治疗后,两组VAS评分均降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);腰椎与股骨BMD均提高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率(95.56%)高于对照组(80.00%,P<0.05)。结论:加味身痛逐瘀汤可有效降低骨质疏松患者的疼痛感,改善患者骨密度,疗效确切,值得临床推广使用。

Objective:To investigate the intervention effect of Modified Shitong Zhuyu Decoction on patients with osteoporotic pain.Methods:Ninety cases of osteoporosis pain patients admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with calcinic D tablets combined with salmon calcitonin injection,and the observation group was treated with Modified Shitong Zhuyu Decoction on the basis of the control group,all of which were treated for 4 weeks.The Bone Mineral Density(BMD),femoral BMD changes,VAS score and total effective rate were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:Before treatment,VAS scores,lumbar BMD and femoral BMD of the two groups were comparable(P>0.05).After treatment,VAS scores in both groups were decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The BMD of lumbar spine and femur were improved,and the observation group’s was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate(95.56%)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(80.00%,P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Shitong Zhuyu Decoction can effectively reduce pain and improve bone mineral density in patients with osteoporosis.
