基于动态捕捉技术定点侧屈旋扳整颈手法在体运动学研究 被引量:8

In vivo Study on Quantification of Fixed-Point Lateral Flexion-Rotational Realignment Cervical Manipulation by 3D Motion Capture System

摘要 目的:通过对C5/6定点侧屈旋扳整颈手法操作进行动态捕捉实验,对该手法的主要运动学参数进行量化分析,进一步阐述该手法空间运动特征以加强其技术量化。方法:在已标定的动态捕捉场地内,2位高年资整脊手法操作医生对10位健康年轻受试者完成C5/6定点侧屈旋扳整颈手法,应用三维运动捕捉系统采集运动学数据。结果:定点侧屈旋扳整颈手法扳动时间为(0.21±0.04)s,扳动位移为(13.93±4.27)mm,旋扳角度为(18.81±3.83)°;左右侧扳动时间、扳动位移及旋扳角度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),左右双侧手法主要参数基本一致。结论:确定了定点侧屈旋扳整颈手法主要运动学参数量化的范围,双侧操作手法主要运动学参数基本相似,该手法具有"操作时间短、旋扳角度小"特征。 Objective:To reveal the motion features of the C5/6 fixed-point lateral flexion-rotational realignment cervical manipulation through kinematics analysis and strengthen the quantification of this technique.Methods:In the calibrated dynamic capture site,two clinical chiropractic doctors who have worked for more years applied vibration on ten healthy subjects.Knematic data was collected by 3 D motion capture system.Results:In the operation of the fixed-point lateral flexion-rotational realignment cervical manipulation,the trigger time was(0.21±0.04)s,the trigger displacement was(13.93±4.27)mm and the angle of rotation and trigger was(18.81±3.83)°.There was no statistically significant difference in the trigger time,trigger displacement or rotation angle of the left and right cervical(P>0.05).The main parameters of left and right manipulation were basically the same.Conclusion:The quantitative range of the main kinematics parameters of the fixed-point lateral flexion-rotational realignment cervical manipulation was determined.The kinematics parameters of the bilateral manipulation were basically similar,which had the characteristics of short operation time and small rotation angle.
