不同微波烘烤程度的山绿茶炮制品降血脂作用比较研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察不同微波烘烤程度的山绿茶药材降血脂作用,为山绿茶药材降血脂机理研究提供实验科学依据。方法:采用高脂饲料喂食SD大鼠建立高脂大鼠模型,灌胃不同微波烘烤程度的山绿茶药材醇提物,考察药材对实验性高血脂症大鼠防治作用。结果:饲喂高脂饲料4周后的大鼠总胆固醇(TC),甘油三酯(TG)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDLC)水平显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01),表明造模成功。不同微波炮制方法山绿茶药材对高脂血症的防治效果为:不同微波时间炮制品种中:微波9 min=微波11 min>微波13 min。结论:不同微波烘烤程度的山绿茶药材均有降血脂作用,但各药材降血脂的作用效果不同。经过实验研究,为扩大山绿茶药源及建立更完善的质控方法及质量评价指标提供科学依据。 Objective:To observe the different processing of Ilex hainanensis Merr medicinal alcohol extract on experimental hyperlipidemia prevention in rats in order to provide the scientific basis for reducing blood lipid.Methods:The high lipid model was set up by giving high fat food to SD rats.The rats were given alcohol extract of Ilex hainanensis Merr which was processed by different microwave baking time to observe the effect on hyperlipidemia control.Results:After feeding high fat feed for 4 weeks,the rats’TC,TG and LDL-C were significantly higher than those of the normal control group(P<0.01),suggesting the model was built successfully.At the same,the effects of different microwave processing time on reducing blood lipid were as follows:microwave for 9 min=microwave for 11 min>microwave for 13 min.Conclusion:Different processing methods of Ilex hainanensis Merr.all can have the effect on redcuing blood lipid,and the effect also has differences between groups.This experiment study can clarify the pharmacological effects and provide the material basis.
