植源性抗生素牛至的提取工艺、作用及生产应用的相关研究

Research on extraction technology,function and production application of plant-derived antibiotic oregano

牛至油作为一种新型植物源性抗生素,可用于代替传统抗生素。牛至油的主要成分是酚类物质,具有抗菌消炎、抗氧化、抗肿瘤和免疫调节等作用,广泛应用于动物养殖领域。文章综合分析了牛至油的研究进程,对牛至油的提取方法和工艺、药理作用及其机制进行论述,以期为牛至油的进一步开发利用提供参考。

Origanum oil as a new type of plant derived antibiotic, can be used to replace traditional antibiotics. Origanum oil is mainly composed of phenolic substances, which has antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidation, anti-tumor,immune regulation and other effects, and is widely used in animal breeding. The paper comprehensively analyzed the research progress of oregano oil, and discussed the extraction method, technology, pharmacological action and mechanism of oregano oil, in order to provide reference for further development and utilization of oregano oil.
