The Effect of Troxerutin Brain Protein Injection on Neurological Function Recovery in Patients with Acute Ischemic Stroke

摘要 目的:探讨曲克芦丁脑蛋白注射液治疗急性缺血性脑卒中患者的神经功能恢复的影响。方法:选取本院收治的急性缺血性脑卒中患者150例,采用电脑随机分组法将其分成两组各75例,对照组采用常规治疗,实验组在此基础上采用曲克芦丁脑蛋白注射液治疗,比较两组患者的血液流变学、神经功能和疗效。结果:治疗后实验组的全血高切黏度(4.75±1.26)m Pa·s、全血低切黏度(8.94±1.47)mPa·s、血小板聚集率(0.53±0.14)%,显著低于对照组的(5.64±1.15)mPa·s、(10.02±1.53)mPa·s、(0.67±0.13)%(P<0.05);治疗后实验组的NIHSS评分显著低于对照组[(5.31±1.17)分vs(7.24±1.35)分,P<0.05)];实验组总有效率显著高于对照组(90.67%vs 74.67%,P<0.05)。结论:曲克芦丁脑蛋白注射液治疗急性缺血性脑卒中可明显改善血液流变学,促进患者神经功能恢复,提升疗效。 Objective:To investigate the effect of troxerutin brain protein injection on neurological function recovery in patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods:150 patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 75 cases in each group by computer.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,and the experimental group was treated with troxerutin brain protein injection on this basis.The hemorheology,neurological function and curative effect of the two groups were compared.Results:after treatment,the high shear viscosity(4.75±1.26)mPa·s,low shear viscosity(8.94±1.47)mPa·s and platelet aggregation rate(0.530.14)%of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(5.64±1.15)m Pa·s,(10.02±1.53)mPa·s and(0.670.13)%(P<0.05)(P<0.05);After treatment,the NIHSS score(5.311.17)of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(7.241.35)(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the experimental group(90.67%)was higher than that in the control group(74.67%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:troxerutin cerebroprotein injection can obviously improve hemorheology,promote the recovery of neurological function and enhance the curative effect in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke.
