发热门诊运用4R危机管理应对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情

Using 4R Crisis Management to Deal with the Epidemic of Pneumonia Associated with 2019 Novel Coronavirus in Fever Clinic

目的:探讨运用4R危机管理理论在发热门诊应对新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情中的效果。方法:从缩减、预备、反应、恢复4个管理模块入手,对发热门诊在应对COVID-19疫情的危机中遇到的问题进行分析、总结,提出解决方案。结果:运用4R危机管理理论可提高发热门诊应对突发公共卫生事件的管理能力。结论:运用4R危机管理理论为发热门诊应对COVID-19疫情的管理提供新的思路和概念,对发热门诊应对突发公共卫生事件有指导意义。

Objective:To discuss the effect of 4 R crisis management theory on deal with Corona Virus Disease2019(COVID-19)in fever clinic.Methods:Based on the four management modules of reduction,preparation,response and recovery to analyze,summarize and put forward solutions of the problems encountered by fever clinic when deal with the crisis of COVID-19.Results:The theory of 4 R crisis management improved the management ability of fever clinic to deal with public health emergencies.Conclusion:The theory of 4 R crisis management was used to provide a new idea for the fever clinic to deal with the outbreak of COVID-19,which will be guide to deal with public health emergencies in the fever clinic.
