急诊内镜套扎术治疗食管静脉曲张破裂出血的疗效分析

Emergency Hemostasis with Endoscopic Ligation for Esophageal Variceal Bleeding

目的:回顾性分析内镜套扎术用于急诊治疗乙型肝炎肝硬化食管静脉曲张破裂出血的疗效及安全性。方法:选取2014年8月-2019年8月在广东省第二人民医院采用内镜套扎术治疗的乙型肝炎肝硬化食管静脉曲张破裂出血患者94例作为研究对象,回顾性分析止血成功率、再出血发生率、食管静脉曲张消除率、并发症发生率,评估该方法的临床疗效及安全性。结果:止血成功率为91/94(96.8%)、再出血发生率为2/94(2.1%)、食管静脉曲张消除率为91/94(96.8%)、并发症发生率为14/94(14.8%)。结论:内镜套扎术用于急诊治疗乙型肝炎肝硬化食管静脉曲张破裂出血治疗效果好,安全可靠。

Objective:To retrospectively analyze the efficacy and safety of endoscopic variceal ligation in emergency treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis with esophageal variceal bleeding.Methods:from August 2014 to August2019,94 patients with esophageal variceal bleeding due to hepatitis B cirrhosis treated by endoscopic ligation in the second people′s Hospital of Guangdong Province were selected as the research objects. The success rate of hemostasis,the incidence of rebleeding,the elimination rate of esophageal varices and the incidence of complications were retrospectively analyzed to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of this method.Results:the success rate of hemostasis was 91/94(96.8%),the incidence of rebleeding was 2/94(2.1%),the elimination rate of esophageal varices was 91/94(96.8%),and the incidence of complications was 14/94(14.8%).Conclusion:endoscopic ligation is safe and reliable for emergency treatment of esophageal variceal bleeding due to hepatitis B cirrhosis.
