广东省韶关市2016-2019年院前创伤流行病学调查分析

Epidemiological Investigation and Analysis of Pre-hospital Trauma in Shaoguan from 2016 to 2019

目的:分析广东省韶关市院前创伤流行病学特征,为制定院前创伤救治工作计划,优化急救资源配置,加强院前队伍创伤专业知识培训,提供科学参考依据。方法:调取韶关市120指挥中心数据库2016-2019年所有呼叫120医疗急救电话资料。按照国际疾病分类标准ICD-10进行编码,计算院前创伤构成比、发生率、分析其流行病学特征。结果:韶关市2016-2019年院前创伤发生数为20401例,占院前疾病总数的33.20%,发生率为487.49/10万,位居院前疾病谱第1位。致伤主要原因:交通事故伤占57.88%,摔伤占33.76%。男性发生风险是女性的1.2倍,发生率无明显的季节性。结论:创伤位居院前疾病谱第1位,各年份创伤发生率呈逐年上升的趋势,加强院前专业队伍创伤知识培训演练对提高创伤患者抢救成功率、降低死亡率和伤残率至关重要。

Objective:By analyzing the epidemiological characteristics of pre-hospital trauma in Shaoguan,to provide scientific reference for the development of pre-hospital trauma treatment plans,the optimization of first-aid resource allocation and the strengthening of training of professional trauma knowledge of pre-hospital teams.Methods:Data of 120 emergency medical calls from 2016 to 2019 were collected from the database of 120 Command Center in Shaoguan and encoded according to the international classification of diseases standardicd-10. Pre-hospital trauma composition ratio,incidence and epidemiological characteristics were calculated.Results:From 2016 to 2019,the incidence of pre-hospital trauma in Shaoguan was 20401 cases,accounting for 33.20% of the total pre-hospital diseases,and the incidence rate was 487.49/100 000,ranking the first in the pre-hospital disease spectrum. Major causes of injuries are as follows:traffic accident injuries accounted for 57.88%,while falling injuries accounted for 33. 76%. The risk for males was 1.2 times higher than that of females. The incidence rate was no significant seasonality.Conclusion:Trauma ranks the first place in the spectrum of pre-hospital diseases and seriously threatens the life and health of citizens. The incidence of trauma is increasing year by year.It will play a vital role in improving the rescue success rate of trauma patients and reducing the death rate and disability rate by strengthening the training of pre-hospital professional team on trauma knowledge.
