玉米秸秆活性炭的制备及其对养殖废水中土霉素的去除 被引量:2

摘要 采用热解法,以磷酸为活化剂,以玉米秸秆为碳源,制备了玉米秸秆活性炭,利用扫描电镜表征了其表面形貌,采用平衡吸附法研究了玉米秸秆活性炭对溶液中土霉素的吸附性能和对养殖废水中土霉素的去除效果。结果表明:在室温下,玉米秸秆活性炭对土霉素的最大吸附量为192.5 mg/g;吸附平衡时间为30 min;当pH值在4.3~8.2范围内,pH值对玉米秸秆活性炭去除土霉素没有显著性影响;利用玉米秸秆活性炭去除养殖废水土霉素的去除率达到93.1%。 An activated carbon was prepared from corn straw by pyrolysis method using H3PO4 as activating agent,and it was characterized by SEM.The adsorption property and removal ability of activated carbon from corn straw for oxytetracycline were studied by equilibrium-adsorption method.The results showed that the maximum static adsorption capacity of activated carbon from corn straw was 192.5 mg/g.The adsorption reached the equilibrium in 30 min.The pH value had no influence on adsorption capacity of activated carbon from corn straw in the range of 4.2~8.2.The removal rate of oxytetracycline from aquaculture wastewater reached 93.1%.
