摘要
克百断裂带地质构造复杂,裂缝发育,该区探井BY1井钻遇石炭系、风城组钻进时存在井漏严重,机械钻速低,可钻性差和钻井风险大等问题,给该地区的油气勘探作业带来极大的挑战。为了减少钻遇复杂频繁,通过井身结构优化、高效钻头、氮气钻井高性能钻井液和垂直防斜打直技术的应用,有效解决了该区块地质复杂引起的钻井效率低的问题,并在BY1井进行了现场应用。BY1井采用以上优快钻井技术后,钻井周期较邻井缩短了近40 d,机械钻速,破岩效率得到有效提高的同时,井漏问题、井下事故的发生次数明显减少,并形成了一套有针对性的克百断裂带风险探井钻井提速关键技术,为该区块下一步的勘探钻井作业提供了借鉴依据和经验。
Kebai fault zone has complex geological structures and fractures. There were many problems of serious lost circulation, low mechanical drilling speed, poor drillability and high drilling risk during drilling the Carboniferous and Fengcheng formations in BY1 well, which brought great challenge to oil and gas exploration operations in the region. The application of well structure optimization, high-efficiency drill bit, nitrogen drilling high-performance drilling fluid and vertical anti-slant straightening technology effectively has solved the problem of low drilling efficiency caused by the geological complexity of the block. After using the above excellent drilling technology in BY1 well, the drilling cycle was shortened by nearly 40 days compared with the adjacent well. The mechanical drilling speed and rock breaking efficiency were effectively improved. At the same time, the number of well lost circulation problems and the number of underground accidents were significantly reduced, and a set of key drilling technology for Kebai fault zone was formed, which could provide reference and experience for the next exploration drilling operation of the block.
