摘要
抽油机作为采油的主要设备,一直担负着原油开采的主要任务。但由于油田开采是滚动开发,在生产设计之初,对抽油机所用的电力系统的设计,一般选择配电变压器容量过大,而抽油机主转动电机功率偏小,即出现"大马拉小车"的现象,导致运行极不经济,电能损耗大、平均功率低的问题长期存在。为保证电力网络运行的经济性,达到节能高效的目的,本文从电机节能技术原理及应用情况入手,评价出适合延长油田低产井的高效节能电机,为油田更好地降本增效提供科学依据。
As the main equipment of oil production, the pumping unit has been shouldering the main task of oil production. But as a result of oil field exploitation is rolling development, at the beginning of the production design, in the design of the electric power system for pumping unit, generally chosen distribution transformer capacity is too big, and the motor power of pumping unit is small, the mismatching phenomenon causes high cost, the power loss is big, the problem of low average power factor exists for a long time. In order to ensure the operation economy of power network, achieve the goal of energy saving, starting from the principle and application of motor energy saving technology, high efficiency and energy saving motor was screened out, providing a scientific basis for cost reducing and efficiency increasing of oil fields.
