摘要 于2019年7月对长春市伊通河沿线进行浮游植物水样采集,对浮游植物进行了定量分析,所得数据进行密度、优势种和特征指数(多样度、丰富度、均匀度)计算,在此基础上开展浮游植物群落结构研究,进一步对水质进行评价。结果显示:Shannon–Wiener多样性指数评价为α-中污染至β-中污染水平;Pielou均匀度指数为清洁至中污染水平;Margalef丰富度指数评价为中污染;优势种分别为伪鱼腥藻、小环藻和细小平裂藻,均是富营养化指示种。 In July 2019, phytoplankton samples were collected along the Yitong River in Changchun city, and phytoplankton was quantitatively analyzed. The data obtained were calculated for density, dominant species and characteristic index(Shannon-Wiener, Margalef, Pielou). On this basis, phytoplankton community structure research was carried out to further evaluate the water quality. The results showed that Shannon Wiener diversity index was evaluated as α-medium pollution level to β-medium pollution level, Pielou evenness index as clean to medium pollution level, Margalef richness index as medium pollution level, and the dominant species were Pseudoanabaena, Cyclotella and Merismopedia tenuissima, which were indicators of eutrophication.
