在全球化时代,各国更加重视博士教育,期望通过加强博士教育保持或成为全球知识经济中的重要角色。全球化时代博士教育的发展趋向于博士教育模式逐渐趋同、博士学位类型日益丰富和对博士生能力培养的愈加重视。同时表现出教育规模结构扩张、学业年限规范化、质量监督完善化、对可转移技能的关注、国际流动性的增强,以及研究生院的普遍化等共同特征。应对新挑战、完成新使命,我国博士教育应开展全方位考察,提升博士生培养质量;发展可转移技能,满足劳动力市场需求;加强全球交流,建立国际化学术网络;重视跨学科培养,突破传统学科界限。

In the era of globalization,countries attach more importance to doctoral education and try to maintain or become an important role in the global knowledge economy by strengthening doctoral education.In the era of globalization,the development of doctoral education tends to the gradual convergence of doctoral education modes,the increasing enrichment of doctoral degree types and the increasing emphasis on doctoral ability training.At the same time,it shows the expansion of education scale and structure,the standardization of academic years,the perfection of quality supervision,the attention to transferable skills,the enhancement of international mobility,and the universalization of graduate schools and other common characteristics.To meet the new challenges and fulfill the new mission,China’s doctoral education should carry out all-round investigation to improve the quality of doctoral training,develop transferable skills to meet labour market needs,strengthen global exchanges and establish international academic networks,attach importance to interdisciplinary training and break through the boundaries of traditional disciplines.
