模式化教学和教学模式化反思:观念形态、问题表征及创新发展 被引量:6

摘要 教学模式改革对课堂教学改革的积极作用毋庸置疑,但对教学模式错误解读和异化实施产生的模式化教学和教学模式化却阻碍了教学模式的功能发挥及创新发展。模式化教学是一种僵化的教学实践样态,教学模式化是一种不良的教学发展趋势,二者虽有所不同,但都反映出功利主义的教学价值观、重预设轻生成的教学过程观和"放弃理论"的教学实践观,并且带来了诸如背离育人目标、弱化主体个性、削弱教师创造性等问题。为解决模式化造成的教学困境,实现教学模式的创新发展,必须树立以学生全面和个性化发展为逻辑归属的教学目的观,强化理论对教学过程的指导,尊重教学灵活性和开放性,坚持守正出新并凸显教学模式变式带来的教学创新形态。 There is no doubt about the positive effect of teaching mode in classroom teaching reform,but as the wrong interpretation and implementation of teaching mode,patterned teaching and teaching pattern has hindered its functioning and innovative development,which has triggered our deep reflection.Patterned teaching is a rigid teaching practice,and teaching pattern is a bad teaching development trend.Even though they are different,they all reflect the teaching values of utilitarianism,the teaching process concept of emphasis on presupposition rather than generation,and the teaching practice concept of“give up the theory”.Meanwhile,they lead to a series of teaching problems,such as deviating from the goal of education,weakening students’individuality,and weakening teachers’creativity and so on.In order to solve the teaching dilemma caused by pattern and achieve the innovative development of teaching mode,it is necessary to establish a teaching aim based on students’comprehensive and individualized development,strengthen the guidance of ideas to the teaching process and respect the flexibility and openness of teaching,and highlight the innovative forms brought by the variant of teaching mode.
