The Reasons,Goals and Paths of Building a High-quality Vocational Education System

作为国民教育体系的组成部分,高质量职业教育体系建设是基于建设高质量教育体系之下的必行之事,也是实现教育强国战略、教育现代化宏伟目标的应然要求。建设一个学校教育体系、职业教育课程体系、职业教育制度体系三位一体的高质量职业教育体系,需要解决职普融通制度的建设问题、职教高考制度的建设问题、国家资历框架的建设问题、产教融合制度的建设问题。从这四个关键问题出发,以部分带动整体,可以全面促进高质量职业教育体系的建设。

As an integral part of the national education system,the construction of high-quality system of vocational education is not only a necessity under the construction of high-quality education system,but also a natural requirement to realize the strategy of strengthening the country through education and the grand goal of educational modernization.To explore a high-quality vocational education system,we need to tackle four key issues.The first is the system of integrating general education and vocational education.The second is the system of vocational college entrance examination.The third is the national qualifications framework.The fourth is the system of integrating industry and education.Starting from these four key questions and using parts to drive the whole is the basic way to answer the question of building a high-quality vocational education system.
