面对新时代对高校人才培养提出的新要求,作为高校人才培养重要环节的管理育人被赋予了新内涵,具体体现为:以"立德树人"为根本目标,以"学生中心"为价值指向,以"制度之治"为坚实根基和以"刚柔并济"为重要方式。做好新时代高校管理育人工作要在深刻理解其基本内涵的基础上,把握其方向性、服务性、规范性、创新性等特征,从发挥党的领导作用、构建管理育人协同机制、提升育人主体综合素养、创新管理育人有效载体等方面多维并进,推动高校管理育人工作取得实质性进展。

With the new requirements of the new era for talent training in colleges and universities,cultivation through management as an important part of talent training has been given new connotation,which is embodied in the following aspects:“strengthening moralities and cultivating people”as the fundamental goal,“student center”as the value orientation,“system governance”as the solid foundation,“hardness with softness”as the important method.To do a good job in cultivation with management of colleges and universities in the new era needs a deep understanding of its basic connotation,grasping its directional,service-oriented,standardized,and innovative characteristics,giving full play to the leadership of the party,constructing coordination mechanism for management and education,improving the individual literacy of managers and innovating effective carriers to promote substantial progress in cultivation with management of colleges and universities.
