摘要
乡村教师本土化培养意指乡村教师培养主体、内容及其方式的本土化,它是增强乡村教师职业适应力及保证其队伍稳定性的必由之路。在乡村振兴战略视域下,推进乡村教师本土化培养具有为乡村振兴构建坚实教育支撑、营造文明乡风、提供人力资本等价值。推进乡村教师的本土化培养,需要通过建立连贯的本土化培养制度强化乡村教师进入乡村社会的政策保障;通过完善本土化培养模式唤醒乡村教师的乡土文化自觉;基于乡村振兴创设乡村教师融入乡村社会场域的外部条件;通过兼顾生存关怀与情感关怀增强乡村教师深植乡村社会的主观能动性等途径。
The localization training of rural teachers means the localization of the main body,content and method of rural teachers training,which is the only way to enhance the professional adaptability and team stability of rural teachers.From the perspective of Rural Revitalization Strategy,promoting the localization training of rural teachers has the unique value of building a solid education support for rural revitalization,creating a civilized rural style,and providing human capital.In order to promote the localization training of rural teachers,we need to establish a coherent localization training system to strengthen the policy guarantee for rural teachers to enter the rural environment,wake up the rural teachers’consciousness of local culture through the improvement of the localization training mode,create the external conditions for rural teachers to integrate into the rural environment based on the rural revitalization,give consideration to both survival care and emotional care to enhance the subjective initiative of rural teachers deeply rooted in rural environment.
