摘要
"十四五"时期,我国高等教育将进入高质量发展阶段,民办高校作为高等教育的重要组成部分,其高质量发展被提上重要议事日程。加快推进民办高校高质量发展,必须具有高质量的办学理念,把立德树人作为根本;必须做好顶层设计,谋划好学校科学发展;必须加快改革创新,推动治理体系和治理能力现代化;必须坚决实施人才强校战略,切实提升教师队伍水平;必须加强内涵建设,走特色发展之路;必须深化校企融合,服务好地方经济社会发展。
During the“14 th Five-Year Plan”period,China’s higher education will enter a stage of high-quality development.As an important part of higher education,the high-quality development of private colleges and universities has been put on the important agenda.To accelerate the high-quality development,private colleges and universities must have a high-quality schooling philosophy,take moral education as the basic,make a satisfactory top-level design of the scientific development of the university,accelerate the reform and innovation,promote the modernization of the governance system and capacity,resolutely implement the talent to strengthen the university,effectively raise the standard of the teaching profession,strengthen the internal construction and take the path of characteristic development,and deepen the integration of university and enterprise to better serve the local economic and social development.
