摘要 教师教育学科群建设是培养高质量师资队伍的关键。近年来,各师范院校为彰显其教师教育特色,相继成立教师教育研究中心,但我国的教师教育学科群相较于其他学科群尚处于起步发展阶段。本研究通过搭建教师教育学科群逻辑体系框架,采用层次分析法(AHP)构建学科群建设条件与保障、学科团队与教学实力等5个一级指标和13个二级指标以及若干三级指标的教师教育学科群评价指标体系,进而提出建设"点—线—面"学术梯队和高水平教师教育学术队伍;加强教育实践,提升人才培养厚度;打造实体化科研创新平台,创建学科群发展空间等有针对性的建设建议。 The construction of the subject group of teacher education is the key to the training of high quality teachers.In recent years,in order to manifest the characteristics of teacher education,various normal colleges and universities have set up teacher education research centers.However,the subject group of teacher education in China is still in its infancy compared with other subject groups.This study tries to construct teacher education logic system framework,besides using AHP(analytic hierarchy process)to construct conditions and guarantee for the construction of academic groups,discipline team and teaching strength of 5 primary indexes,13 secondary indicators and a number of evaluation index system of teacher education with a group of three indicators.Finally,it puts forward some suggestions for promoting the development of the teacher education subject group,such as implementing the"point-line-plane"academic echelon,building a high-level academic team of teacher education,strengthening educational practice,enhancing the depth of talent training,building a materialized scientific research innovation platform and creating space for the development of subject groups.
