新农科“三融三通”一体化协同育人的生态逻辑 被引量:13

摘要 新经济、新农业、新农村、新生态要求我国高等农林教育必须自觉进行自我解构与重构,与科学研究和创新主体加强合作交流,协同推进高等农林教育的提质增效。建设新农科,育农林新才,需要突破传统产学研协同育人主体责任不清、建设动力不足、育人功能不强、生态系统不完善等藩篱,运用教育、科学研究和创新诸要素相互影响、相互作用、协同发展的生态逻辑原理,科学架构新农科"三融三通"一体化协同育人模式,深入理解"三融三通"内涵,对政用产学研各协同育人主体功能进行准确定位。通过完善内部运行管理、加强政策与制度保障等措施,充分释放协同育人联盟的多重职能及其正外部性。 The new economy,new agriculture,new countryside and new ecology require that the higher agriculture and forestry education must carry out deconstruction and reconstruction,strengthen cooperation and exchanges with scientific research and innovation subjects,and promote quality and efficiency.In order to build a new agricultural science and cultivate new talents for agriculture and forestry,we need to break the barriers of unclear responsibility,insufficient motive force,weak educational function and imperfect ecosystem on the cooperative education of industry,university and research institute.Abiding by the principle of ecological logic of interplay,interaction,and synergetic development in education,scientific research and innovation,we need to construct the‘Three-integration,Three-interflow’collaborative education of the new agricultural science,understand the connotation deeply,treat the main bodies of collaborative education correctly.By improving the internal operation mechanism,strengthening the policy and system guarantee and other measures,we can fully release the multiple functions and positive externalities of the cooperative education alliance.
