优质均衡视角下乡村学校标准化建设长效机制构建 被引量:3

摘要 乡村学校作为乡村教育最重要的载体,能否实现有质量的乡村学校标准化建设,决定着乡村教育事业发展质量的优劣。目前乡村学校标准化建设依然面临着师资条件有待改善、办学条件有待加强、建设重器物轻内涵、家校协作意识不强等问题。其原因主要是城乡师资源配置不均衡,缺乏科学合理的流动机制;长期受城乡二元体制制约,教育财政投入机制不科学;对标准化建设理念理解偏颇,评价体系尚未科学规范化;家校协作意识欠缺,协作机制尚不健全。因此,要从加强师资队伍建设、完善财政投入机制、转变标准化建设理念及促进家校协作入手开展乡村学校标准化建设。 As the most important carrier of rural education,the quality of rural school standardization determines the quality of rural education.The standardization construction of rural schools is of great value in realizing the balanced development of compulsory education,promoting the revitalization of rural education and promoting the development of students’physical and mental health.However,at present,the standardization construction of rural schools is still confronted with such problems as the condition of teachers to be improved,the running condition to be strengthened,the connotation construction to be emphasized rather than the objects,and the consciousness of home-school cooperation to be strengthened,etc.The main reasons are the imbalanced allocation of urban and rural resources and the lack of scientific and reasonable flow mechanism.It is restricted by the urban-rural dual system for a long time,and the educational financial investment mechanism is not scientific.The understanding of standardization construction concept is biased and the evaluation system has not been scientifically standardized.Without home-school cooperation consciousness,cooperation mechanism is not sound and effective.We should start with improving the construction of teachers,improving the financial investment mechanism,changing the concept of standardization construction and promoting home school cooperation.
