高职扩招背景下职业教育人才培养课程体系的审视与变革

Review and Reform of Vocational Education Curriculum System Under the Background of Higher Vocational Education Enrollment Expansion

高职扩招使非传统生源成为高职院校的重要生源,但是非传统生源在生源构成、学习特点、教育需求等方面与传统生源有明显不同,这给传统高职课程体系带来冲击。结合非传统生源特点,在建构课程体系时要遵循精准教学,最优发展原则;有教无类,分层发展原则;精准把脉,潜能发展原则;职业导向,技能发展原则。在课程建构时,要坚持以职业技能提升为主,学历教育为辅的课程目标;以证书课程为主,文化补偿兼顾的课程设置;采用模块化课程,基于个体需求灵活组合;采用混合式课堂,线上线下交替进行等方式重构符合非传统生源特点的高职课程体系,为学习者提供更适合、有效的教育。

with the increased enrollment of higher vocational colleges,nontraditional students have become an important source in higher vocational colleges.However,nontraditional students are obviously different from traditional students in terms of student structure,learning characteristics,educational needs and so on,which influences the traditional higher vocational curriculum system.With the characteristics of nontraditional students,when constructing the curriculum system,we must follow the principles of precision teaching and optimal development,education for all without discrimination,development in different layers,holding the potential abilities precisely and taking a career orientation and skill development principle.We must adhere to the curriculum objectives of vocational skills improvement as the mainstay and academic education as the supplement;the curriculum setting with certificate courses as the mainstay with the cultural compensation as the supplement;adopting modular courses and flexible combinations based on individual needs;adopting mixed classrooms,alternate online and offline courses to reconstruct higher vocational curriculum systems that conform to the characteristics of nontraditional students,and providing learners with more suitable and effective education.
