学科建设是高校"十四五"规划的核心内容,是大学发展的龙头,是"双一流"建设重要内容和有力支撑。学科建设需要处理好大学与学科的关系,实现协同发展;处理好教学与科研的关系,促进科教融合;处理好本科教育与研究生教育之间的关系,聚焦人才培养;处理好学科与产业之间的关系,实现产学研融合;处理好一流学科与其他学科之间的关系,统筹推进学科整体水平的提升。

Discipline construction is a key to promote universities development in the period of the 14 th Five-Year Plan.Also,it can be a strong support for"Double First-class"construction.The discipline construction needs to deal with relationship between universities and disciplines to achieve collaborative development,the relationship between teaching and research to promote the integration of science and education,the relationship between undergraduate education and graduate education to service talents training,the relationship between discipline and industry to realize the integration among production,learning and research,and the relationship between first-class disciplines and others to promote the whole level of disciplines’development.
