从单一到多元:民办本科高校教育质量评价的变革 被引量:4

摘要 改革开放以来,民办高等教育成为我国高等教育发展的重要增长点,从作为高等教育发展的"补充力量"成长为一支"重要力量",其质量直接影响我国高等教育系统的整体水平。过去的民办高校质量评价体系呈现出单一化状态,即教育质量观的单一化、评价主体的单一化和评价指标的单一化。虽然这种质量评价体系在很大程度上促进了民办本科高校的长足发展和质量提升,但也造成了民办本科高校的种种问题,如人才培养同质化、产生功利行为、不利于办学特色形成等。未来民办本科高校教育质量评价体系构建,应从单一化状态走向多元化状态,从更能适应未来变化的教育质量观、更加多元化的评价主体、更符合民办本科高校特点的质量评价指标等方面进行优化。 Since the reform and opening up, private higher education has become an important growth point in the development of higher education in China. It has grown from a"supplementary force"to an"important force", and its quality directly affects the overall level of higher education system. In the past, the quality evaluation system presented a state of simplification, that is, the simplification of educational quality view, the simplification of evaluation subjects and the simplification of evaluation indexes. Although this quality evaluation system greatly promotes the rapid development and quality improvement of private undergraduate colleges and universities, it also causes various problems,such as the homogenization of talent cultivation, utilitarian behavior, and the formation of school-running characteristics. In the future, the construction of the evaluation system of the education quality of private undergraduate colleges and universities should be directed from the single state to the diversified state, and the optimization should be carried out from the aspects of the educational quality that can better adapt to the future changes.
