摘要
新一轮科技革命持续推进,认证标准作为工程教育专业认证制度的核心,其地位愈加重要。在培养卓越工程人才的理念指导下,基于工程实践中现实问题的积累、社会现实诉求、学术界和专业组织的相关研究成果及利益攸关者的多方驱动,美国工程与技术认证委员会(ABET)对2019—2020工程专业认证标准进行了变革。从变革路径来看,认证标准变化主要体现在修整学生结果和调整课程方案两个维度。在认证理念与认证标准、卓越工程人才质量规格、育人价值观及标准形成机制层面体现美国认证标准变革的价值趋向。
With the advancement of the new round of scientific and technological revolution,accreditation criteria,as the core of engineering education accreditation system,is playing an increasingly crucial role.Under the guidance of the concept of cultivating outstanding engineering talents,based on the accumulation of realistic problems in engineering practice,social practical demands,relevant research results of academic and societies and the drive of multi-stakeholders,ABET 2019—2020 criteria for accrediting engineering programs has undergone changes.From the perspective of reform path,the changes in accreditation criteria are mainly reflected in two dimensions:revising student outcomes and adjusting course plan.It reflects the value trends of the reform of American accreditation criteria in the aspects of accreditation concept and criteria,the quality specifications of outstanding engineering talents,the values of talents training and the criteria formation mechanism.
