教育标准化背景下我国学前教育标准体系建设的进展、问题与完善对策 被引量:11

摘要 加强教育标准体系建设是世界各国推进教育治理现代化和提高教育质量的重要举措。当前我国初步形成了涵盖机构、人员、课程体系、督导等标准的学前教育标准体系,在学前教育改革发展中发挥着参照基准、衡量标尺和交流媒介等重要作用,但同时也存在着体系不健全、质量和规范性不足、效力层级不高、实施保障机制不完善等突出问题。应以学前教育改革发展为导向,补齐学前教育标准体系的短板;多措并举提高学前教育标准质量,理顺各领域标准脉络;提升学前教育标准的效力层级,加强实施保障机制的建设与完善。 Strengthening the construction of the education standard system is an important measure for promoting the modernization of education governance and improving the quality of education in the world.At present,China has initially formed an early childhood education standard system which includes institutions,personnels,curriculum systems and supervision.It plays an important role in the reform and development of early childhood education,such as benchmarks,scales,and communication media.At the same time,the system is not sound.Problems such as insufficient quality and normalization,low level of effectiveness,and imperfect implementation of safeguard mechanisms.Guided by the reform and development of preschool education,we should overcome the shortcomings of the standard system,take measures to improve the quality of standards,rationalize the standards of various fields,enhance the effectiveness of standards,and strengthen the construction of the safeguard mechanism.
