摘要
高校青年教师是实现高等教育内涵式发展、提升高校核心竞争力的关键性因素。新时期,高校青年教师培养面临着短期培训与长期培养缺乏整体性、生涯发展能力培养缺乏持续性、高校培养措施与青年教师需求缺乏一致性等诸多挑战。同时,高校青年教师培养面临的任务涉及加强青年教师理想信念和师德师风教育、提升青年教师综合素质和业务水平、促使青年教师成为"双一流"建设主力军等方面,高校应通过加强基于胜任力的青年教师岗前培养、基于全职业生涯周期的青年教师在岗培养和建立有效的激励与约束机制等策略来应对这些挑战和任务。
Young teachers in universities are the key factors to realize the connotative development of higher education and enhance the core competitiveness of universities.In the new era,cultivating young teachers is facing many challenges,such as the lack of integrity in short-term and long-term training,the lack of sustainability in career development ability training,and the lack of consistency between training approaches in universities and the demands of young teachers.Meantime,the tasks of training young teachers in universities include strengthening ideal and faith education and moral education of young teachers,improving the comprehensive quality and professional level of young teachers,and promoting young teachers to become the main force of"Double-First Class"construction.Universities should deal with these challenges and tasks through strengthening the pre-job training of young teachers based on competency and the on-the-job cultivation of young teachers based on the whole career cycle,as well as establishing effective incentive and restraint mechanism.
