省域内义务教育发展水平的区域差异实证研究——以统筹城乡教育发展试验区重庆市为例 被引量:6

摘要 基于《重庆教育年鉴》各区县义务教育数据,从教育机会、办学条件、教育经费投入、教师资源、教育结果等五个维度,实证研究重庆市各区县义务教育发展水平的区域间和区域内差异。研究发现:义务教育发展水平与经济社会发展水平总体同步,主城区、渝西片区、渝东北片区、渝东南片区义务教育发展水平依次递减;办学条件和经费投入对义务教育发展水平影响较大,教育机会和教育结果影响较小;五类指标在四个片区间的差异显著度不一致,除教师资源无显著性差异外,片区间其他四项指标均有显著差异,片区间和片区内教育机会和教育结果差异均较大。推进省域内义务教育均衡发展,下阶段应从做好顶层设计、强化政府责任、加大教育投入、规范教学标准、优化师资队伍等方面进行努力。 Based on compulsory education data of districts and countries in Chongqing Education Yearbook,This essay makes an empirical study on regional differences of Chongqing compulsory education development from five dimensions:educational opportunity,schooling conditions,educational funding,teacher resources,and edcuational results.It is found that the development level of compulsory education keeps pace with the overall level of economic and social development,The developmental levels of compulsory education in urban area of Chongqing,western area of Chongqing,northeastern area of Chongqing and southeastern area of Chongqing area are in descending order.Schooling conditions and Funding are of greater impact,educational opportunity and results are of less impact.The degree of differences of 5 indicators are not the same in such 4 segments,there are significant differences in the other 4 segments except teacher resources,educational opportunity and results are of notable difference interregionally and regionally.To promote balanced development of provincial compulsory education,we should optimize top-level design,reinforce governments’duty,increase educational funding,standardize teaching standards and optimize the teaching staff.
