主动循环呼吸技术对老年心血管疾病合并肺部感染的干预效果 被引量:2

Intervention effect of active circulatory breathing technology on cardiovascular disease complicated with pulmonary infection in the elderly

摘要 目的探讨主动循环呼吸技术对老年心血管疾病合并肺部感染的干预效果。方法选取2019年11月至2020年9月浙江医院收治的老年心血管疾病合并肺部感染患者76例,其中38例(对照组)予以常规护理干预,余38例(观察组)在对照组的基础上予以主动循环呼吸技术护理干预。比较两组患者咳嗽排痰能力(1 h排痰量及24 h排痰量),并观察肺部体征(包括肺部啰音、痰鸣音、胸部CT检查)和血氧饱和度的改善情况。组间计量资料的比较采用t检验,计数资料的比较采用χ^(2)检验。结果与对照组比较,观察组患者1 h和24 h排痰量均显著增加,血氧饱和度显著升高,肺部啰音、痰鸣音及胸部CT检查得到改善的患者更多,差异均有统计学意义(t=5.000、3.700、4.380,χ^(2)=26.316、34.211、27.390;P<0.01)。结论主动循环呼吸技术能增强老年心血管疾病合并肺部感染患者的咳嗽排痰能力,改善氧合状况和肺部体征。 Objective To explore the intervention effect of active circulatory breathing technology on cardiovascular disease complicated with pulmonary infection in the elderly.Methods 76 elderly patients with cardiovascular disease complicated with pulmonary infection admitted to Zhejiang Hospital from November 2019 to September 2020 were selected.Among them,38 cases(control group)received routine nursing intervention,and the remaining 38 cases(observation group)received active circulatory breathing nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The cough and sputum volume(1 h and 24 h)were compared between the two groups,and the improvement of lung signs including lung rales,sputum chirping and chest CT examination and SpO_(2)were observed.T test was used to compare the measurement data between groups,andχ^(2)test was used to compare the counting data.Results Compared with the control group,the volume of sputum excreted at 1 h and 24 h in the observation group was significantly increased(t=5.000,3.700,P<0.01),SpO_(2)was significantly increased(t=4.380,P<0.01),lung rales,phlegm and chest CT examination were improved in more patients(χ^(2)=26.316,34.211,27.390,P<0.01).Conclusion Active circulatory breathing technology can enhance the cough and sputum excretion ability of elderly patients with cardiovascular disease complicated with pulmonary infection,and improve oxygenation and pulmonary signs.
