Infections in the elderly and immunosenescence

摘要 感染是引起老年人死亡的主要原因,免疫衰老是衰老的重要组成部分,两者是否有关、逆转免疫衰老能否降低老年人感染的发病率和死亡率,已得到广泛关注。本文将从老年相关感染、免疫(包括先天性免疫系统/固有免疫系统和适应性免疫系统/获得性免疫系统)衰老发生机制以及两者关系等方面进行综述,旨在为老年人的健康衰老提供参考。 Infection is the main cause of death in elderly people,immunosenescence is an important part of aging,Whether they are related to or whether reversal of immune aging can reduce the incidence rate and mortality of elderly infection has attracted wide attention.This paper will review the age-related infection,the mechanism of immune immunosenescence including innate immune system/innate immune system and adaptive immune system/acquired immune system,the relationship of age related infection and immunosenescence,in order to provide reference for the healthy aging of the elderly.
