时空视角下的老龄健康不平等:理论、方法与政策意涵

Health Inequalities in Old Age from the Perspective of Time and Space:Theories,Methods and Policy Implications

近年来,社会科学研究领域呈现出时间和空间转向的趋势。时间和空间在人类社会中具有自然性和社会性的二重性,社会性无疑是老龄健康不平等研究所应关注的重点。老龄健康不平等研究须重视时间和空间的交融,把时间和空间视为动态的、多元的、关联的、累积的和细化的发展过程,以生命历程理论为视角,从空间维度扩展该理论。以时间、空间和年龄为坐标轴,构建立体时空图,运用三维分析方法,深入探讨老龄健康不平等的内在形成机制,识别能够对其进行干预的可能性,以期优化制度设置,发挥个体的主观能动性,促进老龄健康平等。

In recent years,social science research has presented a trend towards a temporal and spatial turn.Time and space have a duality of naturalness and sociality in human society,and the latter is undoubtedly the focus of research on health inequality in old age.The research on health inequality in old age should attach importance to integrating time and space,and regard them as a dynamic,multiple,related,cumulative and detailed development process,and expand the life course theory from a spatial dimension.With time,space and age as axes,a three-dimensional space-time diagram was set up,and a three-dimensional analysis method was used to explore the internal mechanism of health inequality in old age.Through that we can identify the possibility of intervention,optimize the system,give play to individuals,and improve health equality in old age.
