国际视域下老年教育现状与启示

Education for Older Persons:The Current Situation and Inspiration from an International Perspective

以世界上13个有代表性的国家和地区作为案例研究对象,对其老年教育现状进行分析。研究发现:在提供老年教育机构类型方面,包括开放大学和传统大学在内的高等教育机构均可以提供老年教育,除此之外,还可以通过设立独立的老年大学为老年人提供教育服务;在老年教育的内容和形式方面,包括提升老年人的数字化素养和技能,为老年群体开发和设计微证书项目,对先前工作经验进行认证,等等。

Taking 13 representative countries and regions in the world as examples,this paper examined the current situation of education for older adults.It is found that both conventional universities and open universities can serve as senior education providers.Besides,independent senior colleges can also be established to provide education services for older adults.In terms of contents and modes of education for older persons,the study points out that it is necessary to improve digital literacy and skills of older adults.Micro-credential courses should be designed and developed for them,and their prior work experience should be certified.
