摘要
随着我国老龄化程度的不断加剧,家庭养老功能弱化、机构养老资源不足等问题逐渐凸显出来,而互助养老的发展可以有效地弥补当前家庭养老与机构养老的不足,缓解我国的养老压力。基于文献查阅,阐释了国内学者对互助养老内涵的理解,分析了互助养老在我国的可行性,重点对互助养老的发展模式、发展困境以及针对性建议进行了梳理和总结;同时,在前人研究的基础上提出了今后可以深入研究的方向。
As population ageing continues to develop,problems such as the weakening of home-based elderly care and insufficiency of institutional care resources have been highlighted.In this regard,mutual-aid elderly care can effectively make up for the current insufficiency of home-based care and institutional care,and alleviate China’s eldercare pressure.On the basis of literature review,this paper explained scholars’understanding of connotations of mutual-aid elderly care,analyzed the feasibility of this kind of care in China,summarized the development modes and difficulties,and then gave some targeted suggestions.This paper also proposed directions for further research on the basis of the previous studies.
