我国老年人生活质量研究的创新性成果——读老龄蓝皮书《中国老年人生活质量发展报告(2019)》

An Innovative Achievement in the Study of Quality of Life for the Elderly in China:on the Blue Book of Ageing Development Report on the Quality of Life for the Elderly in China(2019)

中国老龄科学研究中心编著的老龄蓝皮书《中国老年人生活质量发展报告(2019)》的最大特点是创新性。这种创新性表现为两个层次。一个层次是从整体上体现了新时代、新群体、新需求的诸多特征。另一个层次是在分析方面形成了三个重要研究成果:一是理论观点创新,《报告》围绕老年人生活质量在定义、评价、命题和对策等方面形成了有启迪意义的观点;二是研究方法创新,《报告》在定性定量研究的基础上,增加了对老年人的面对面访谈,既印证了数据分析结论,又强化了对老年人生活质量的需求和现状的理解;三是评价方法创新,《报告》在定量定性研究基础上首次提出了以老龄国情调查为支撑的全面评价老年人生活质量指标体系,是老年人生活质量调查的"中国1.0版本"。《报告》全面展示了我国学界相关研究成果,同时提出了诸多新的观点,将有力推动学界对老年人生活质量的研究,大大提升老年人生活质量研究水平。

Innovativeness is the most important feature of the Blue Book of Ageing Development Report on the Quality of Life for the Elderly in China(2019),compiled by China Research Center on Ageing.It can be manifested from two aspects.On the one hand,Development Report on the Quality of Life for the Elderly in China(2019)(hereinafter referred to as the Report)reflects many characteristics of the new era,new groups and new demands.On the other,the Report leads to three important research achievements.Firstly,innovativeness of theoretical perspectives.The Report formed some enlightening views around quality of life(QoL)of the elderly from aspects of definitions,evaluation,propositions,and countermeasures.Secondly,innovativeness of research techniques.This research not only employed qualitative and quantitative research methods but also conducted face-to-face interviews with older persons,which proved conclusions of the analysis,and at the same time enhanced our understanding of demands and current situations of QoL of the elderly.Thirdly,innovativeness of evaluation methods.The Report proposed for the first time a comprehensive index system of evaluating QoL of the elderly.It is based on a national survey on ageing and is regarded as the"Chinese version 1.0"of the Older People’s QoL survey.The Report displayed in an all round way relevant research findings in academic circles of China,and proposed many new ideas,which would promote studies on OoL of older people and greatly improve research in this sphere.
