德国老年教育进展及其对我国的启示

The Progress of German Elderly Education and Its Enlightenment to China

德国作为世界发达国家之一,老年教育起步较晚,但发展较快,经历了起始和发展两个发展阶段,"大学向老年人开放"、"高级专家服务"和代际项目,是其发展历程中具有代表性的老年教育活动。政府的法律保障,管理体制健全,社会各界广泛参与,教育开展形式多样,使得德国老年教育取得了显著成果。通过介绍德国成功的老年教育经验,总结其对我国老年教育的管理体制、社会参与、代际教育以及患病老年人教育体系建设等方面的启示,以期助推我国老年教育事业发展。

As one of the developed countries in the world.Germany develops fast in elderly education despite its late start.It has gone under two stages:inception and development.The Movement of University Open to the elderly,Senior Expert Services and Intergeneration al Projects are representative activities of Germany’s education for older people.German’s elderly education has achieved,remarkable results due to legal,guarantee of the government,the sound.management system,extensive social participation and diverse activities.By introducing experience of Germany and summarizing what China can learn in aspects of management social participation;,intergenerational education and education system building for the elderly with diseases,this paper hopes to promote the development of China’s elderly education.
