社会参与视角下农村老年人休闲活动研究

Study on Rural Elderly's Leisure Activities from the Perspective of Social Participation

当前,我国正处于人口老龄化快速发展阶段,为探寻农村老年人社会参与的具体方式,选取休闲活动这一切入点作为田野调查的主题,讨论农村老年人参与休闲活动的现有途径、影响因素、现存问题和对策建议。通过对山东省和甘肃省两个村落田野材料的分析和比较发现:农村老年人对休闲活动的选择倾向既与老年人的身体状况、经济条件,以及生产性活动对其体力消耗程度等因素有关,也与老年人的生活方式、居住模式等密切相关。从这些方面鼓励农村老年人参与休闲活动,有助于他们在老年阶段保持一定频率的社会交往,更好地认识自身价值,从而纾解生活压力和克服对疾病、死亡的恐惧。

China's population aging is developing rapidly.To explore the rural elderly's specific ways of social participation,this paper selected leisure activities as the topic of this field investigation and discussed existing ways and problems,factor influencing their participation and relevant countermeasures.Through analysis and comparison of the field materials from two villages in Shandong and Gansu respectively,this paper concluded that the physical conditions,financial status of the elderly and the extent to which productive activities consume their physical energy,as well as their lifestyle and living pattern all have a great bearing on the elderly's choice about leisure activities.Encouraging the rural elderly to participate in leisure activities from these aspects can help them to maintain a certain frequency of social interaction in the aging stage and better realize their own value,so as to relieve their life pressure and fear of diseases and death.
