“规训权力”是福柯基于现代性批判视角提出的权力理论,其以“全景敞视主义”为规训的制度载体,以精神层面的自我规训方式将权力关系根植人心,并通过广泛的规训网络维系着现代社会的运转。随着数字资本主义的发展,社会加速逐渐成为现代性研究的重要视域。在加速语境下,“数字化”状态为人类带来了空间挤压与生存恐慌的难题,“速度暴政”进一步引发了人类社会的整体性灾难。对此,有必要对速度政治学予以反思,回归科学技术的应有边界,保持技术革命与文明发展的内在张力,寻回生命速度的平衡,推进人类解放的正义事业。
