Analysis of Xi Jinping's Governing Concept and the Influence of External Dissemination under the Background of the New Era——Take the English Translation of the Third Volume of Xi Jinping:The Governance of China as an Example

《习近平谈治国理政》是马克思主义理论中国化的最新理论成果。该书自发行以来,就被译成多种版本并为多个国家所欢迎。其中,《习近平谈治国理政》第三卷英译本热度较高,本文便以《习近平谈治国理政》第三卷英译本为例对其翻译方法作了简要分析,在分析时,主要以中国特色词汇和典故为主;此外,本文对其三个治国理念:“人类命运共同体”、“脱贫攻坚”和“人民至上”进行了阐释。在文章最后,对其价值影响提供了本人的见解并提出了在对外传播中应该注意的方面。《习近平谈治国理政》第三卷英译本的传播为其他国家了解中国和解读中国的治国理念提供了便利条件。因此,《习近平谈治国理政》第三卷英译本的对外传播加快了中国文化“走出去”战略的实施速度。

Xi Jinping:The Governance of China is the latest theoretical achievement of the sinicization of Marxist theory.Since its release,the book has been translated into multiple versions and welcomed by many countries.Among them,the third volume of Xi Jinping:The Governance of China is very popular.In this paper,the English translation of the third volume of Xi Jinping:The Governance of China will be taken as an example for a brief analysis of its translation method.In the analysis,the paper focuses more on Chinese characteristic words and allusions.In addition,the three concepts:“a Community with a Shared Future for Mankind”,“Poverty Alleviation”and“People First”will be explained one by one in this paper.At the end of the article,I will provide my insight into its value influence and propose the aspects that should be paid attention to in external communication.The dissemination of the English translation of the third volume of Xi Jinping:The Governance of China has provided convenient conditions for other countries to understand China and interpret China’s governance concepts.Therefore,the external dissemination of the English translation of the third volume of Xi Jinping:The Governance of China has accelerated the implementation of the“Go globally”strategy of Chinese culture.
