摘要
中小学作为高度自治的复杂组织系统,中层管理者肩负着建设高质量教育体系的重任。本文拟在分析中小学中层管理者时间困扰、角色认知困惑、决策选择障碍等管理困境的基础上,探讨德鲁克管理思想关于时间、他人、组织、决策的理论特质及其对中小学中层管理者管理效能提升的推动性,并在管理实践中提出对策,进行系统变革与创新,力求提高组织管理效能。
Primary and middle schools are highly autonomous and complex organizational systems,in which middle-level managers shoulder the responsibility of building a high-quality education system.Based on the analysis of time obsession,role cognitive confusion and decision-making barriers of middle-level managers,this paper explores the theoretical characteristics of Drucker’s management thoughts on time,of others,organization and decision-making and their impetus to the improvement of the management efficiency of middle-level managers.Furthermore,it puts forward the countermeasures in the management practice,carries on the system reform and innovation and strives to enhance the organization management efficiency.
