师范生实践性知识发展研究

Research on the development of practical knowledge of normal students

实践知识是建立在古希腊的假设基础上的实践哲学,旨在发展一种基于行为情境的实践推理,这种推理被广泛应用于道德上自知的人类活动。实践性知识是与行动有关的知识,是主体参与某个情境的过程体现。本研究从认识论发展、学习论引导、社会学推进三个维度阐述了实践性知识的发展机制。最后,从培养目标重塑、转变教学范式、重建学习框架三个方面,提出师范生实践性知识发展措施。

Practical knowledge is a philosophy of practice based on the hypothesis of ancient Greece,which aims to develop a kind of practical reasoning based on behavioral situation,which is widely used in moral self-knowledge of human activities.Practical knowledge is the knowledge related to action and the process embodiment of the subject’s participation in a certain situation.This study expounds the development mechanism of practical knowledge from three dimensions of epistemology development,learning theory guidance and sociology promotion.Finally,the paper puts forward the development measures of normal students’practical knowledge from three aspects:Remolding the training objectives,changing the teaching paradigm and reconstructing the learning framework.
